TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Prices include initial complimentary 60-minute consultation to discuss goals, objectives and lifestyle.
• Home client visits are contingent on location (prices above may vary).
• Online training programmes are available as bolt-ons at an extra cost, however only offered once an initial consultation has taken place.
• The pack expiry dates exclude holidays taken by the Personal Trainer or client. However, where possible, ‘make up’ sessions will be arranged to account for the loss of training time during the break.
• Payment must be received via bank transfer before the PT session has taken place.
TRAINING ENVIRONMENTS
I hold full Personal Trainer’s Public Liability insurance (to the value of £10 million) and an up-to-date First Aid qualification. I can train clients at West 4 Gym in Turnham Green, Chiswick W4 (no client membership required), online or at their homes (location dependent).
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours by the personal trainer, a complimentary session will be offered. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.
